Prior to joining Clarity in 2023, Ben spent several years working as a bookseller and manager in Ireland. He brings customer service and relationship-building skills to his role as a Senior Business Support Executive managing the Comply with Clarity compliance scheme.

In his academic career, Ben studied for a bachelors in applied psychology with a particular focus on consumer psychology and its applications in business, and recently completed a postgraduate diploma in marketing and management focusing on the benefits of corporate social responsibility, sustainability as a component of business strategy and environmentally conscious branding.
