Ben joined Clarity in 2024, bringing with him a strong track record in software development that he is now channelling into enhancing our tech, software, and data platforms. His journey in tech began as a keen developer progressing to a strategic leader capable of marrying technology with business needs.

In his previous position, Ben led a pivotal project where he spearheaded a software solution from the ground up, significantly expanding the company’s market reach. This experience has equipped him with unique insights into creating user-focused products that are not only innovative but also scalable.

Now at Clarity, Ben is excited to lead our internal Tech team. His role involves refining our technology framework to improve the user experience for our clients and members. He is dedicated to leveraging his deep understanding of software architecture and data analysis to drive forward our digital transformation initiatives. His efforts will streamline operational efficiencies and enhance data-driven decision-making, aiming to continuously enhance customer experience and engagement.
