Charlie joined Clarity in August 2025 as Assistant Head of Data Services. In his role, he supports the leadership of the Data Division, focusing on maintaining high performance, delivering service excellence, and supporting the continued development of the department.

With a solid background in packaging compliance, Charlie brings a detailed understanding of the evolving packaging regulations. Having previously led a team of Data Account Managers, he is experienced in managing accurate and timely submissions, supporting client calls, and ensuring that regulatory requirements are met to the highest standard.

Drawn to Clarity’s rapid growth and the opportunity to contribute to an expanding Data Services division, Charlie is passionate about helping his team grow and succeed. His existing knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and packaging regulations means he can immediately support members with their submissions, helping them make informed, environmentally responsible packaging choices.
