Jennifer joined Clarity in July 2025 to support our clients and members with packaging compliance.

She brings experience from customer-facing roles in account management and customer support across events, advertising and marketing. Jennifer values problem-solving and building strong, lasting relationships, and was drawn to Clarity’s people-focused culture.

Her approachable and organised style helps clients navigate packaging regulations with confidence, ensuring they understand their obligations and receive the support needed to stay compliant while focusing on their business goals.
