Leo Bideleux

Leo is Clarity’s International Data Team Manager. Since joining Clarity in April 2024, he has progressed from an Account Manager role to take on greater responsibility for international packaging compliance and the management of complex client data.

Today, Leo oversees packaging compliance submissions across the UK, EU, US and Canada, working closely with businesses to ensure their reporting is accurate, complete and aligned with the requirements of each market. He also delivers PPWR readiness assessments, helping clients understand how incoming EU regulation may affect their operations, data requirements and future compliance processes.

Combining detailed regulatory knowledge with strong communication and client management skills, Leo translates complex requirements into clear, practical guidance. His work helps businesses strengthen data accuracy, improve the efficiency of their compliance systems and prepare confidently for regulatory change across multiple international markets.
