Maia joined Clarity in September 2025 as Policy and Communications Executive. Her role focuses on researching policy changes and communicating updates to Clarity and its members through knowledge pieces and articles, making complex legislation clear and accessible.

She holds a first-class degree in Geography from the University of Sussex, including a study abroad year at Lund University in Sweden, where she developed a strong understanding of sustainability and environmental policy. Alongside her studies, Maia gained experience in sustainability consulting, green technology, and environmental conservation research, building skills in analysis and communication.

Drawn to Clarity’s mission to make a positive environmental impact, Maia combines her background in sustainability with strong communication skills to ensure members remain informed and confident in navigating packaging compliance and wider environmental legislation.
