Natalie Rea
Chief Executive Officer
Natalie joined Clarity in 2019 as a Strategic Consultant and Leadership Development Specialist working alongside directors to grow the business, develop the culture and provide continuous professional development for our leadership team.
Prior to joining Clarity and since the early stages of her career, Natalie set out to be a people expert, gaining CIPD qualification in HR Management as well as various leadership and coaching qualifications and accreditations. With at least 20 years of experience managing teams and many years working as a Leadership Expert assisting both SMEs and international blue chip organizations, Natalie has trained and developed over 2000 leaders and provided strategic coaching and consultancy to entrepreneurs and global leadership teams.
In early 2022, Natalie became a permanent member of the Clarity team and joined the Board as our Director of People and Strategy. She played a crucial role in setting up the central people function, enabling enhancement of our values-driven culture with the majority of our workforce describing 2022 as the most transformational professional year of their lives due to the fresh approach of our collective senior leadership team.
In May 2023, as part of Clarity’s senior leadership restructuring, Natalie was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this role, she is responsible for the overall performance and strategic development of the business. Working closely with the senior leadership team, Natalie aims to lead and grow the company while making a positive impact on the team, clients, suppliers, and the world.
