Having driven the business forward since 2003, being a shareholder alongside our Chairman, Philip has been the driving force of significant growth within the business, and specifically within our thriving trading divisions. During his time building the trading divisions, Philip established valuable and strategic international client relationships, these relationships remain strong today.

As a leader of the business, Philip has always demonstrated the company values, bringing dedication and entrepreneurial spirit to every decision, seeking improvement for customers, suppliers, team members, and the sector. These core principles demonstrated by Philip, remain integral to our ethos and approach today.

As the business evolved, Philip built a strong team around him, enabling him to focus on the financial running of the business. During this time, he also founded Clarity Cares alongside our Chairman and has been responsible for donating more than £500,000 to charity: improving lives, protecting nature, and making the world around us a better place to live.

Philip had a vision for a workplace better than he had experienced early in his career, and over the years of owning and directing the business, Philip has expanded the company, not only creating jobs, but creating careers where people can thrive and grow. This is why many of our long-standing team members remain with us today.

Today, having built a high performing business and established a larger leadership team, Philip is less involved in the day to day running of the business but remains focused on our mission. Philip continues to support our CEO with strategic decision making and bring his long-standing experience and expertise to board level discussions to lead the business and shape the future.
