Stephen joined Clarity in April 2026 as Finance Director. In his role, he oversees Clarity’s financial operations, ensuring robust processes, accurate reporting, and effective support across customers, suppliers, staff, and regulatory bodies.

A qualified accountant, Stephen brings extensive experience working with growth-focused, people-led businesses, as well as organisations operating within policy-driven compliance frameworks. This combination gives him a strong understanding of the commercial and regulatory environments in which Clarity operates.

Drawn to Clarity’s unique role within the industry and its ambitious growth, Stephen is passionate about improving ways of working and helping teams operate more effectively. Through his role, he ensures the right information is delivered at the right time, supporting informed decisions and a high standard of service for members, clients, and partners.
