Trent Nealgrove

Trent joined Clarity in February 2026 to support our Battery Trading, Metals, and Recycle with Clarity (RwC) divisions. In his role, he assists with logistics, administration, and day-to-day coordination, helping ensure materials move efficiently from collection through to recycling and processing.

With a strong background in customer service across both retail and office environments, Trent brings valuable experience in administration, purchasing, and finance processes. His ability to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers supports effective collaboration with hauliers and recycling partners, helping operations run smoothly.

In his role, he works to secure competitive haulage rates and maintain clear communication throughout the process, helping ensure materials are recovered and recycled efficiently while delivering positive outcomes for suppliers, partners, and clients.
