Director of Central Services
Vikkie Fitzgerald is Clarity’s Director of Central Services, leading one of the company’s three core business pillars. She oversees the central functions that support Clarity’s people, operations and continued development, including Finance, Marketing, Business Support, IT Services, Engineering & Product Strategy, Quality & Auditing, and People & Culture.
Since joining Clarity in 2011, Vikkie has developed a detailed understanding of the business, its clients and the environmental compliance sector. Her experience spans operational management, WEEE compliance, people development and senior leadership, giving her a broad perspective across both client-facing and internal functions.
Today, Vikkie provides strategic direction across Central Services, working with team leaders to strengthen processes, develop capability and ensure Clarity’s supporting functions remain aligned with the wider needs of the business. She plays a key role in connecting teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and creating the structures needed to support effective delivery and sustainable growth.
Through her leadership, Vikkie helps ensure Clarity has the people, systems and operational support required to deliver a consistently high standard of service. Her cross-business perspective enables Central Services to respond effectively to changing organisational and client needs, supporting both the employee experience and the service received by Clarity’s members, clients and partners.
