We are delighted to have passed our latest annual ISO accreditation audit, demonstrating our continued commitment to achieving excellence.
The ISO certification ensures that products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. Businesses achieving the certification must conform to the standards and take part in a rigorous annual auditing process to assess the level at which they have met the standards.
We are committed to being a sustainable business that uses the most environmentally friendly methods of running our services, and are proud of our ethical, honest and customer-focussed ethos. We first received approval to ISO 9001, for quality management, and ISO 14001, for environmental management, in December 2011, and have continually sought new ways to build and improve on our management systems.
